| Due to the enormous scope of our operation, many positions are necessary in a variety of branches. Airships, trains, ocean going and submersible ships all fly the Hyperion flag. This diversity provides a remarkable opportunity for the adventuresome spirit to pursue many avenues of advancement.
In order to instill a deep understanding of the company’s methods and philosophies, all employees begin at the entry level of “recruit.” They may wear the standard uniform, provided by the company with approved wear variations, whenever in public. Advancement in the company is by merit and by recruitment. Bringing aboard five new employees earns the rank of Lieutenant, and the right to designate a single individual as an Adjutant. Recruitment of ten total individuals earns the rank of Captain and the right to designate two individuals as Aide or Ensign. The rank of Captain also grants command of one’s own Ship or Engine, which will be commissioned and named by the new Captain (Subject to company Guidelines). |
